Natalia M. Izquierdo, Esq.
Natalia joined the Law Office of Matthew P. Flores as a law clerk during her final year of law school and is now proud to serve as an associate attorney. Her practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate transactions, commercial leasing, business acquisitions and sales, lender and borrower representation, entity formation, and general business matters. She regularly assists clients with purchase and sale transactions, financing, title and closing matters, and contract drafting and negotiation.
Experience
Natalia’s background as a licensed real estate agent and title processor provides her with a unique understanding of the real estate transaction process from multiple perspectives, enabling her to anticipate issues, streamline transactions, and guide clients through every stage of a deal. Before pursuing a legal career, she also played an integral role in her family’s businesses, overseeing daily operations and contributing to the companies’ growth. This experience gave her a strong foundation in business management and entrepreneurship, allowing her to appreciate the practical and financial considerations that often drive her clients’ decisions. She approaches every matter with both legal precision and a business-minded perspective.
Drawing on her combined experience in real estate, business, and law, Natalia is committed to providing practical, responsive, and results-oriented legal counsel. She understands that every transaction is both a legal matter and a business decision and works closely with her clients to help them achieve their objectives efficiently and effectively.
Education
Natalia earned her Bachelor of Science in Management from Florida Gulf Coast University before obtaining her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Ave Maria School of Law. While in law school, she received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Commercial Law and Legal Writing & Analysis in recognition of her academic achievement. In 2023, she was honored as the recipient of the Collier County Women’s Bar Association Judge Monaco Membership Scholarship.
