Matthew P. Flores, Esq.
Matthew P. Flores is the founder of the Law Office of Matthew P. Flores, where he focuses his practice on real estate and business law. Matt works with individuals, business owners, investors, developers, lenders, brokers, and other real estate professionals throughout Southwest Florida.
Matt’s real estate practice covers a wide range of commercial and residential matters, including acquisitions and sales, development, commercial leasing, construction, title and closing matters, and real estate financing. He regularly represents banks and private lenders in commercial loan transactions, including acquisition, construction, and development financing.
In addition to his real estate practice, Matt advises businesses and entrepreneurs on business formations, acquisitions and sales, contracts, financing, and day-to-day legal matters. His experience in both real estate and business law gives him a practical perspective when helping clients structure transactions, work through issues, and get deals to the closing table.
Matt founded the firm with a straightforward approach to practicing law: be accessible, understand the client’s goals, anticipate problems, and find practical ways to close deals. He takes pride in building long-term relationships with clients and being someone they can call not just for a particular transaction, but whenever a real estate or business issue comes up.
Education
Matt has lived in Collier County for over 30 years. He graduated from Lely High School and then attended the University of Florida. Go Gators! Matt graduated Magna Cum Laude from Ave Maria School of Law and was admitted to the Florida Bar that same year.
