Joshua A. Frasure, Esq.
Joshua focuses his practice on real estate and business law, working with clients on a variety of residential and commercial real estate transactions and business matters. His practice includes assisting with acquisitions and dispositions, financing transactions, leasing, title and closing matters, and general business and corporate matters.
Experience
Joshua works closely with the firm’s attorneys throughout all stages of a transaction, from initial contract review and due diligence through negotiation, documentation, and closing. This hands-on involvement provides him with experience across a broad range of real estate and business transactions and allows him to develop practical solutions tailored to each client’s objectives.
Joshua joined the Law Office of Matthew P. Flores in March 2026. He brings an energetic, detail-oriented approach to his practice and is committed to developing lasting client relationships while continuing to expand his experience in Florida real estate and business law.
Education
Joshua earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky in 2019 before attending Ave Maria School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2025. He was admitted to The Florida Bar that same year.
